August Release Summary

Welcome back to our monthly release summary! Here are the updates of Vetstoria’s new features and enhancements from August, so you can continue to have a seamless experience using our platform.

Release Details

[PIMS - ezyVet] Notifications of Matched/Unmatched Bookings

Clinics using ezyVet will now be notified via an email whether the booking made by the pet owner resulted in a full match, partial match, or was unmatched. This will make it easier for clinics to keep track of their schedules.

Ability to adjust the display name for a clinic within the Vet Group Widget View.

If your clinic is part of a vet group - Were your pet owners having difficulties understanding branch names?

With the latest update, clinics that are part of a vet group can now give the exact name of the clinic or alias so that pet owners can easily identify which clinic they are booking with.

One-Time-Passcode authentication can now be remembered for up to 7 days for clinic users and 1 day for Vet Group Users

You no longer need to enter the annoying and repetitive One-Time-Passcode every time you log in. With the new update, clinics will be given the option for their device to be remembered for 7 days.

The below is applicable for the following users:

• Vet Group users can be remembered for up to 1 day.

• Clinic users can be remembered for up to 7 days.

Refinements to the New Pet Owner Booking UI to support Referral Platforms.

Continuing the development of the upcoming improved Pet Owner Booking UI, we have made further refinements in order to support Vetstoria platforms using the ‘Referral’ workflows.

Payments - Support for Hungarian Forint (HUF) Currency

Good news! In order to enhance the pet owner experience, clinics can now accept pet owner payments for appointments using the Hungarian Forint currency to their Stripe account.

During the payment process, pet owners will be able to see the Hungarian Forint currency symbol (Ft) and clinics will also be able to view the symbol being used on the Vetstoria payments dashboard. 

New Google My Business (GMB) domains now available for German Clinics and French crematoriums

German Clinics and French crematoriums that were unable to create Google My Business links can now do so with Vetstoria.

The following domains have now been added to Vetstoria:

• Tierarzt-online-buchen.com  (For German Clinics)

• Rdv-monanimal.com  (For French Crematoriums)

Increased ‘Duration to the Furthest Available Slot’ option

Clinics who wanted to show availability for more than 6 months now have the option of offering pet owners appointments further into the future.

With this new update, Vetstoria has added three options of 8 months, 12 months and 18 months for availability.
