How do I setup Multi-Clinician in Animana V2?

This article will walk you through the process of setting up the multi-clinician function for your Vetstoria account.

On your Vetstoria account go to Settings > Clinicians

1. Make sure 'Allow multiple clinicians per calendar' is switched on
2. Switch to the 'Clinicians' tab.

3. Switch to the Animana PIMS and copy the username of the clinician

• Click on settings reel on the top right hand corner
• Click on general settings
• Under general settings click on scheduling on the left hand side horizontal menu
• Copy the username of the required clinician. 

4. Switch back to your Vetstoria platform and paste the username of the clinician onto the relevant clinician slot

5.Click on save

6. Once this is done, please send an email to support@vetstoria.com requesting to complete the back end configuration so multi-clinicians can go live.
