How to create sessions in RoboVet?

This article will guide you through the process of creating sessions in RoboVet in order to display the slots in the Online Booking Tool

Please refer to the following steps in order to create sessions in RoboVet.

1. Click on the "Diary Setup" button on RoboVet.

2. "Diary Setup" window will appear and select the relevant Diary/Calendar.

3. Select the relevant slot, right-click on it and click "Create XX Minute Session".

4. "Session Information" will be displayed on the left grid, make sure to have the "Allow Online Appts" tick box is ticked.

5. You will be prompted a message, click "Yes" to it.

6. Continue the above-mentioned instructions for the other timeslots as well.
