This article will guide you through the process of setting up rota in Teleos.
Creating availability for Vetstoria
Availabilities are communicated only when you have Online Consultation ticked and have defined the Remote Appointment slots for a specific calendar. Let’s break down what this means:
1) Go to Diaries
2) Find the relevant diary and double-click on it
3) Make sure to tick 'online consultation' and the click on Show custom/ blank
4) Under Remote appointment slots assign the From and To time frame, define the slot duration and then click on 'add' when done.
When duration is set to 10, appointments will be offered in 10 min intervals to Vetstoria
Furthermore, you can utilize the copy to… checkbox to replicate the same setting across to other days of the week for the selected diary as shown below:
1) Select the relevant days and click on OK
2) Click on Add
3) Click on Save when done.
Steps to set up a rota in Teleos.
1. Click the "Diary" button in Teleos under the "Consult" section.
2. Click Tools > Setup > Rotas.
3. "Rotas" window will open up. Click "Add new" button.
4. "New Rota" screen will open up. Select/add the following information.
i. Active from - Active to - Date range that you need to get the availabilities setup.
ii. Practitioner - Actual name of the clinician who needs to have availabilities setup for
iii. Start time - Finish time - Select the working hours of the clinician
iv. Recur every - Select the recurring time in week
v. Week commencing (Mon - Fri) - Select the days that the availabiites are required to be applied
vi. Diary - Select the diary that the clinician is belongs to
5. Once these settings are done, click "Save".
6. After configuring Rota in Teleos, you are required to configure a Multi-Clinician per calendar for online booking in your Vetstoria account. In order to do that please refer to the following knowledge base article.
