Gives a comparison of the total amount of clients that dropped out of the booking process in the current week vs the previous week

Dropouts from New Clients

Gives a comparison of the total amount of new clients that dropped out of the booking process in the current week vs the previous week.

Appointments By Date

Appointments booked by your clients for a specific period are displayed in this chart. You can see the appointments made during a selected period of time by selecting a desired time from the dropdown date selector just below the graph. This is further segregated into appointments booked by New Clients (Blue) and Existing Clients (Light Blue)

Life Time Appointments

This chart shows all the number of appointments made for your clinic since it’s inception.

Appointment Origin

This 'treemap chart' shows you the appointments made from different origins. The bigger the box, the more this is used.
Hover over a box to see further detail including the counts.

Summary of Conversions

This funnel chart shows you the number of user conversions made through to the end of the Booking process and completed the booking.

Progress bars indicate the traffic or the number of users of other steps in comparison to the ‘Widget Page’ step.

Conversion percentages are presented in comparison to the previous step(i.e: The percentage of ‘Appointment type’ is calculated compared to the ‘Branch’). It indicates how many users have converted from one step to the other step in the booking process.

Appointments booked per vet

This chart shows the number of appointments booked by a vet on average as compared to other clinics in your area.  

Out of Hours Bookings

This chart will show you all the out of hour appointments booked at your Clinic as a Percentage. This can be compared to the benchmark percentage figure.

Appointments Vs. Type

This pie chart shows you how many times an appointment type has been booked.
